Associate professor Cheol-Ho Jeong from DTU Elektro, presented his paper at this years Baltic-Nordic Acoustic Meeting conference.

The paper, entitled "Uncertainty of input data for room acoustic simulation" was presented as one of the keynote lectures.

"The lecture was very well presented and inspiring!"
Mai-Britt Beldam - SG Ecophon

BNAM 2016 is the bi-annual Baltic-Nordic Acoustic meeting, organised by one of the national member societies of the Nordic Acoustic Association (NAA). This year the conference took place in Stockholm, Sweden from June 20 to 22, at the KTH (Royal Institute of Technology) campus.

Around 80 papers were presented at BNAM 2016 this year, where the atmosphere is really cosy and friendly among the NNA acousticians. The BNAM is a great place for networking and getting to know what other academicians and consultants are currently working on.

One of the participants, Mai-Britt Beldam from SG Ecophon commented: “This Conference for me is the most important way of gaining new knowledge and inspiration. One of the key note speakers at BNAM 2016 in Stockholm, Cheol-Ho Jeong, held a presentation that was really interesting to the work we do at Ecophon for the moment. The discussion of the use of Sabine absorption coefficient – and the trouble it can lead to – was very inspiring and the ideas on how to look at ‘better’ input data in regards to simulation conditions, was very much appreciated. The lecture was very well presented and inspiring!”
